Campaign Management FAQ for Content Creator

Q: Why should I link my social media accounts?

Linking your accounts allows brands to view your performance metrics (followers, engagement rate, top posts). This gets you better and more relevant job opportunities. Each platform has a minimum follower threshold to qualify.

Q: My account says it "does not meet the required criteria." What does this mean?

Each social media platform has a minimum follower count set by the platform admin. If your account doesn't meet the threshold, you'll need to try linking a different account that does.

Q: Will brands see my real name?

No. Your first name and last name are never shown to brands. Only your Display Name is visible. We recommend using the name you're best known by online.

Q: How do I apply for a job?

Click Easy Apply or Apply Now on a job card or within the job detail sidebar. A quick apply form will appear.

Q: What do I need to fill in when applying?

  • Cash budget (required for non-barter campaigns): The brand shows a suggested budget, but you can edit the amount to propose your own price.

  • Message to brand (optional): A short message introducing yourself or explaining why you're a good fit.

Q: What is a "barter" campaign?

A barter campaign offers a sponsored product or service instead of cash payment. When applying to a barter campaign, you'll see a note: "This campaign offers a sponsored product or service valued at [amount] as a reward, with no cash payment." There is no cash budget field to fill in.

Q: Can I edit my quoted price after applying?

Yes. If your status is Quotation Available (meaning the brand hasn't approved yet), you can click Edit Quotation to update your price.

Q: How do I upload a draft?

When your job is in the Drafting Deliverables stage:

  1. Open the job detail sidebar.

  2. Expand the Draft section.

  3. Click the "+" tile to open the file picker.

  4. Select your media files.

  5. Add a description/comment explaining the draft.

  6. Click Submit Draft.

Q: What file types and sizes are allowed for drafts?

  • Images: JPEG, PNG, WEBP, SVG, HEIC, HEIF — up to 10 MB each.

  • Videos: MP4, MOV, MKV, WEBM — up to 500 MB each.

Q: Can I submit multiple draft items?

Yes. If the job requires multiple deliverables (e.g., a static post + a story), you can add separate draft items. Each one is reviewed independently by the brand.

Q: How do I submit my published post?

When your job reaches the Posting Deliverables stage:

  1. Open the job and go to the Post section.

  2. Select a social media profile from the left panel (your linked accounts).

  3. Choose posts in one of two ways:

    • From your feed: The platform pulls your recent posts from the selected profile. Click to select the relevant one(s).

    • By link: Click Upload by Link and paste the URL of your published post.

  4. Review your Selected Posts in the sidebar.

  5. Click Submit Post.

Q: What is the "Offline Payment" checkbox in the completion form?

If the brand has enabled offline payment and the campaign has a cash budget, you'll see an Offline Payment checkbox. Select this only if you've agreed with the brand to receive payment directly (not through Connector Club). If selected, no payment is processed through the platform.

Q: I tried to declare completion but got redirected to set up my bank account. Why?

You must have a bank/payment account configured before declaring completion. If your bank details are missing, the platform redirects you to Profile > Bank Account to set them up first. Once saved, return to your job and declare completion again.

Q: When do I get paid?

After the brand confirms your work is complete:

  • Online payment: Connector Club processes the payment. You can expect to receive your earnings via monthly transfers.

  • Offline payment: You receive payment directly from the brand (as agreed between you).

Q: I'm having trouble linking my social media. Where can I get help?

Click the Report Issue option to submit a support request. Select the platform, enter your handle, describe the issue, and optionally attach screenshots. You can also check the troubleshooting guide.
