Campaign Management FAQ for Brand
Q: What is the difference between a "Public" and "Private" campaign?
-
Public: Creators can discover and apply to your campaign directly from their dashboard.
-
Private: The campaign is hidden from creators. You must manually search for and invite creators through the Influencer Pool tab.
Q: What does the "Barter" toggle do?
When Barter is ON, your campaign offers only a sponsored product/service (no cash payment). The cash budget is locked to 0, and you must enter a Sponsored Product Value.
When Barter is OFF, you can set a cash budget. You may optionally also add a Sponsored Product Value to offer both cash and a product.
Q: Can I edit my campaign after creating it?
Yes. Go to your campaign's Campaign Overview tab and click Edit. However, some fields become locked once you have hired creators:
-
Currency cannot be changed.
-
Cash Budget per Creator cannot be changed.
-
Sponsored Product Value cannot be changed.
-
Toggling Barter on/off will show a confirmation prompt if creators have already applied.
Q: I see "Recruit Creators" but I'm confused by the sub-tabs inside it.
The Influencer Pool tab has three inner tabs:
-
Influencer Search: Browse and search from the full creator database using filters.
-
Campaign Ad (Applicants): View creators who have applied to your public campaign.
-
My Favorite: View creators you've previously bookmarked/saved.
Q: After adding a creator, why does their status show "Uncontacted"?
Adding a creator to your campaign does not automatically contact them. You need to go to the Campaign Management tab and click Contact Now to send the initial message inviting them to provide a quotation.
Q: The Campaign Management tab looks overwhelming. How is it organized?
The tab is organized into collapsible columns — one per status stage. Columns with items that need your attention (Uncontacted, Quotation Available, Draft Available, Completion Request) will auto-expand. You can click any column header to expand/collapse it. Scroll horizontally to see all stages.
Q: What does "Chase Up" do?
Chase Up sends a pre-written follow-up message to the creator reminding them to take the next action (submit a quotation, draft, or post). You can use it at the Waiting for Quotations, Drafting Deliverables, or Posting Deliverables stages.
Q: What if I disagree with the creator's quoted price?
You can message the creator to negotiate. If you'd like them to submit a revised price, click Resubmit in the quotation section of the sidebar, and the creator will be notified to provide a new quote.
Q: What happens when I approve a draft version?
Approving one version of a draft locks the other versions. The creator then moves to the Posting Deliverables stage to publish the final content.
Q: How does the payment process work?
Payment happens in two stages:
-
Quotation approval: You agree to the price, but no charge occurs yet.
-
Completion confirmation: When the creator declares the work complete and you click Confirm Completion, payment is processed via your saved card.
Q: What happens when I click "Confirm Completion"?
A confirmation modal appears explaining that you're acknowledging all deliverables have been met. If cash payment is involved:
-
If you have one saved card, it is charged automatically.
-
If you have multiple cards, you'll be asked to select which card to use.
-
If the campaign uses offline payment, no charge occurs through the platform — you pay the creator directly.
Q: Can I reject a completion request?
Yes. Click Reject Completion and provide a reason explaining why the work doesn't meet expectations. The work order returns to the creator for further action. This does not close the campaign.
Q: How do I complete the entire campaign?
Once all individual work orders are closed, click the Complete Campaign button in the campaign header. A confirmation modal will verify that all work orders are finalized. This marks the campaign as Completed and moves it from the "Running" to "Completed" section.
Q: How can I attract more creator applications?
-
Set your campaign to Public so creators can discover it.
-
Offer a cash budget — campaigns with cash attract up to 80% more applicants (shown in the platform's built-in tip).
-
Write clear, detailed campaign requirements (use the AI assist feature for better formatting).
-
Add eye-catching campaign banner images (up to 10MB each).
Q: Should I use "Contact Now" or wait for applications?
Both strategies work. For public campaigns, creators will apply on their own. For private campaigns or to proactively recruit specific creators, use the Influencer Pool search and add them manually, then click Contact Now.
